PREFABRICATED REINFORCED CONCRETE RIBBED CEILING OF ROOM ROUND IN PLAN Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering; applicable in construction of ceilings of rooms round in plan of civil buildings and special structures. SUBSTANCE: offered ceiling of room round in plan has component diametrically located girders including two radial girders trapezoidal in form and connected to each other by insert. Insert consists of lower and upper metal plates secured to each other by central rod. Upper plate has smaller diameter to provide for supply of concrete mix into formed gap between end of radial girder and upper round plate. Radial trapezoidal girders have two anchor rods which are introduced into insert and welded to metal plates. Internal space is filled with monolithic concrete. Trapezoidal plates and central round plate are laid on component diametrically located girders whose number in ceiling is determined by calculation. EFFECT: provided ceiling of room round in plan without intermediate supports. 2 dwg
