FIELD: equipment for drilling of oil and gas wells; applicable in draw-works of various applications. SUBSTANCE: device has lever on crankshaft, brake bands with shoes, driver's brake valve, driller's work place, spring lock with safety cotter pin, jaw clutch and handle. Jaw clutch is kinematically connected with driller's work place made in form of folding seat. Handle is kinematically connected with driver's brake valve by means of bevel gearing and a pair of rope blocks. Folding seat is made with possibility of engagement into operation of transmission of a pair of rope blocks for control of driver's brake valve due to switching over of jaw clutch in changing over of folding seat to vertical position. Spring lock with safety cotter pin is connected with lever on crankshaft. EFFECT: reduced driller's physical force and fatigue. 1 dwg
