FIELD: control systems of engines working in gas-diesel cycles. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in increase of starting fuel shot at increase of rotational speed and load and maintenance of starting shot of diesel fuel at constant level when engine is operating according to governor curve within a range of rotational speed from nominal to minimum and increase of fuel shot when engine is operating according to external velocity characteristics. Device for realization of this method includes centrifugal all-speed direct- acting governor connected with gas supply members, main and intermediate levers, control lever, spring and adjustable stop. Speed governor may act on amount of starting shot of diesel fuel. Adjustable stop acts on main level of governor which is linked with level of fuel injection pump control rack via corrector and with control level via speed governor spring. EFFECT: reduced consumption of diesel fuel due to correction of starting shot of diesel fuel by means of standard corrector of direct-acting speed governor. 6 cl, 2 dwg
