FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a method of corrected feeding of combustible gas to working cylinders of a gas diesel engine, in which gaseous fuel is fed through an inlet system of the diesel engine and its inlet valves to working cylinders; with that, an ignition batch of diesel fuel is sprayed with injectors to the working cylinders of the gas diesel engine, and combustible gas feeding is corrected depending on combustible gas composition. Correction of combustible gas - biogas feeding as per percentage content of methane in biogas is performed as per an indirect evaluation of methane content by means of measurements of content of carbon dioxide in biogas at the inlet of the inlet gas diesel engine system and/or temperature of waste gases at the gas diesel engine outlet.

EFFECT: improving accurate correction of feeding of biogas and increasing a share of replacement of liquid oil fuel with gaseous fuel and limiting the temperature of waste gases at the level specific for operation on biogas with low content of methane in it.
