FIELD: mechanical engineering; manufacture of engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes fixed base and motive; it has housing secured on hollow axle; movable parts inside housing do not create dynamic load during rotation; rotation of movable parts is organized in such way that moment of rotation of housing is equal to zero; two movable shafts rotate around axis of device in such way that their torques are relatively balanced; gear ratios are so selected that angular velocity of rotation of device axle exceeds angular velocity of movably shafts. Provision is also made for transmission of rotation from both shafts to axle of device through gears of base; rotation of one shaft is transmitted to axle of device through gears of base and rotation of other shaft is transmitted to axle of device by means of differential gear; rotation from one movable shaft is transmitted to input shaft of converter mounted on fixed base for changing angular velocity of rotation; rotation from output shaft of this converter is transmitted to axle of device. EFFECT: increased kinetic energy of device for use of its as effective flywheel. 4 cl, 4 dwg
