LOCKING CUT-0FF VALVE Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: cut-off valves for heat and power engineering industry, oil and gas pipelines. SUBSTANCE: cut-off valve includes body with ducts for feeding and discharging fluid; seat; spring-loaded locking member and return mechanism provided with heat sensitive member. The last is made of material with effect of memory shape. Locking valve also includes lever and fixating member. One end of lever is rested upon rod of return mechanism, its other end is joined with cam. Cam is mounted with possibility of moving rod with locking member.
