SUBSTANCE: the device casing is made in the form of a segment, provided with a stop with a U-section and mounted on the rocket outer surface close by the nozzle exit section by means of shear bolts. The stop is fastened for engagement with the nozzle inner surface, and the device outside diameter exceeds the rocket caliber and is determined by relation:Dd=(1,05-1,1)Dr, where Dd - device outside diameter, Dr - rocket caliber. EFFECT: reduced danger area on the terrain for the personnel and equipment from the launching rocket, reduced rocket mass characteristics and enhanced reliability of functioning of the electric contact device and guiding tube. 2 dwg
