FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering Natulan cytostatic preparation and corticosteroid prednisolone hormone taken in adaptive dose. Per os Natulan therapy begins from 50 mg/day dose to 250 mg large daily dose. The treatment is continued at a dose of 250 mg/day during 10-15 days until clinical process stabilization is not achieved. Then the dose is reduced by 50 mg/day until it is cancelled completely. Course dose of Natulan is equal to 4.5-5 g. Prednisolone is administered in at an adaptive perosseous dose of 1020 mg/day reduced by 5 mg per 5-7 days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of adverse side effects. 3 tbl
