FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to medicine, notably to dermatology and can be used for treatment of patients with acantholytic pemphigus. Treatment includes 10-15 intramuscular injections of Interal (interferon2 alpha), 1 million IU injection every second day. Ingestion of prednisolone at the rate of 1 mg/kg daily during 10 days is administered. Then dose is decreased by 2.5 mg every three days.
EFFECT: method allows diminish maximal daily dose of hormone approximately by factor 1,3, shorten drug intake duration, shorten length of hospital stay approximately by 50% and considerably reduce rate of complications.
