SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology and can be used for treatment of patients with mycosis funcoides. For this purpose therapy with PUVA-baths with solution of photosensitiser is performed 3 times a week. Additionally with PUVA-baths at the background of symptomatic therapy: antihistamine preparations, external ointment therapy administered are corticosteroid hormone prednisolone perorally in adaptive dose 0.3 mg/kg/day during 15-20 days and 10 intramuscular injections of immunomodulator - interal in dose 1 mln IU every second day. PUVA baths are carried out with total course of 10 sessions.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve clinical improvement in patients with application of smaller cumulative course doses of UVA, which leads to reduction of risk of side effects and reduction of hospital treatment duration.
