FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: device has two-position electromagnetic valve connected to supply source through electric control circuit. Circuit has brake button contact and electric control switch contact. Valve is pneumatically coupled with equalizing reservoir and with discharge reservoir. Valve has two-seat valve for selectively connecting discharge reservoir with equalizing reservoir or with atmosphere. Control device has pulse generator with pneumatic element and electric element. Pneumatic element has two pneumoelectric sensors pneumatically coupled with discharge reservoir and adjusted to pressure P2 and P1 respectively. P2 is higher than P1. Electric element has electric relay electric circuit. Device provides in process of braking any required depth of discharge of equalizing reservoir and, consequently, of brake main line and any preset rate discharge of equalizing reservoir defining rate of discharge of brake main line required by operating conditions.
