FIELD: aviation; radar equipment. SUBSTANCE: device includes captive balloon with lightning receivers, state sensors and actuating elements. In its lower portion aerostat is connected via harness unit with cable of variable-length line placed in lightning rod which is connected with lightning receivers in its upper portion and is grounded is its lower portion. Provision is made for radio system whose on-board portion is provided with master oscillator, transceiver and antenna connected in series; antenna is located on cargo truss suspended from lower part of aerostat. Aerostat mooring mast located on ground surface includes aerostat winch and control console whose output is connected with control input of winch on which line is secured; electric cable is connected with power supply unit included in ground portion of radio system. Provision is also made for control computing network, voltage switching peaks detector and atmospheric discharge sensor. EFFECT: enhanced noise immunity and reliability. 1 dwg
