SUBSTANCE: system for protection of a tethered unmanned aircraft from lightning comprises three simultaneously grounded Faraday cages made in the form of a network of intertwining copper wires, one of which is mounted into the surface of the unmanned aircraft, the second is covered by the unmanned aircraft, a ground-based power supply and a winch, including during transportation by ground, and in third is placed cable-rope.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of protection of tethered unmanned aerial vehicle against lightning at their impacts of different nature on protected object.
