FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aeronautics. Tie-in air balloon includes gas-filled shell, aerodynamic surface made of webs stretched on carcass, tail stabilizers, current-conducting ropes, safety slings and cable rope. Aerodynamic surface is made of upper current conducting web overlapping lower dielectric web. Both webs are connected to each other by transverse rubber ties and are stretched on a frame from elastic rods covering along the perimeter gas-filled shell with longitudinal catenary belts. Rod ends are connected to each other and to the shell poles. Catenary belts are attached to each of the rods by means of flexible links, respectively.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of resistance to action of difficult weather conditions.
