AERODROME RUNWAY Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: safety engineering for servicing airport structures of aerodrome, runway in particular in winter season. SUBSTANCE: runway of aerodrome has base course with working surface. Novelty of invention consists in making the base course in form of reinforced concrete foundation on which working surface in form of swivel structures in mounted; swivel structures have three working planes alternating by means of drive as snow accumulates as well as in case of icing of upper plane; structure is provided with transported for receiving snow and transporting it to accumulating bin. EFFECT: enhanced reliability; maintainability, durability and safety of stationary unit; low cost; reduced labor consumption. 2 dwg
