FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of suppression or reduction of icing, or formation of snow on the surface by means of de-icing compositions. De-icing liquid contains potassium acetate, water and anticorrosive additive, which includes sodium benzoate, and it additionally contains propyleneglycol, with anticorrosive additive additionally containing benzotriazole, sodium dihydrophosphate, sodium tetraborate, diethanolamide based on acids of sunflower-seed oils, diethanolamine, organosilicone SAS of cationic type.
EFFECT: possibility to increase ecological safety and reduce corrosion activity of de-icing liquid is achieved.
