FIELD: civil engineering, in particular, devices for facing of building exterior walls, as well as methods and devices for their manufacture and/or installation. SUBSTANCE: method for heat insulation of exterior walls consists in installation of parts of the exterior facing layer outside the wall in parallel with its surface, filling of the space between the wall and the exterior facing layer with a pouring heat-insulating system and its hardening. Ceramic or polymeric facing tiles fastened on a vertical support plate with the aid of detachable joints are used as parts of the exterior facing layer. The parts of the exterior facing layer are installed with the lower and side limiters connected to them and closely adjoining the wall, prior to filling of the space between the wall and the part of the exterior facing layer with a pouring foam polyurethane system, extended profile workpieces of a non-closed section are installed close to the wall, they form ventilation ducts with the wall surface, after hardening of the system the vertical plate and the limiters are detached. The device for realization of the method for heat insulation of building exterior walls has a vertical support plate with gripping apparatuses fastened on it, each of them has a cylindrical body accommodating a spring, rod passing through the cylindrical body inside the spring and engageable with it through a bush and a nut screwed on one of the ends of the rod, positioned on the other end of the rod is a pressure plate provided with a flexible roller, and rotary wedge with an opening for passage of the rod.
