FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting one medicinal leech per point at the points of VB2 (ting-hui), E6 (ja-che) and E7 (xia-guan) in the cases of parotid salivary gland being injured, and to E5 point (da-ying) in the cases of submandibular salivary gland being injured, until blood saturation takes place. 9-11 procedure are administered to male patients and 8-10 to women with 2-3 long pauses alternating the right and left salivary gland. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
