FIELD: under-water constructions. SUBSTANCE: device for lowering loads at mounting of under water components has two davit units mounted on barge parallel to each other, upper sheave block mounted on each davit, lower sheave block lowered from each davit, pull winch installed in line with corresponding davit unit, stow winch installed in line with corresponding davit unit and balancing beam installed between davit units. Balancing beam has two sheaves on end adjacent to davit unit and one sheave on end adjacent to stow winch. Pull wire rope wound on each stow winch is passed through pull winch, said upper and lower sheave blocks and one of two sheaves on said balancing beam. One end of each pull wire rope is connected to one of ends of whip passed over block on end of balancing beam. Device has also crossmember connected by each end to corresponding lower sheave, box for lowering device secured on said crossmember and lowering device made for mounting in said box for conveying load weight directly to box. Crossmember is provided with central section with two bends and open side pointed in direction opposite to barge and said box is provided with U-shaped hole in horizontal plane for mounting lowering device. Open end of hole is direction opposite to barge. Device is mounted on skids for mobility. EFFECT: improved convenience in operation. 4 cl, 14 dwg
