FIELD: wind-power engineering; windmill-electric generating units for farms and other remote users. SUBSTANCE: electrical energy is generated by means of windmill-electric generating unit, then it is passed to electrical energy accumulator which also accumulates electrical energy produced by converting gas combustion heat, and conveyed to user; as soon as desired level of accumulator charge is attained, accumulator is first disconnected from heat-electric generator and then from windmill-electric generating unit; at the same time disconnection of accumulator from heat-electric generator ceases gas supply to the latter; when accumulator charge drops below permissible level, it is first connected to windmill-electric generating unit and then to heat-electric generator whereupon gas is supplied to this generator and burned therein; heat released as result of gas combustion and not converted into electrical energy is passed to heat accumulator wherefrom it is conveyed to user; heat produced by solar energy conversion is also passed to this accumulator. Proposed method is implemented by device specially designed for the purpose. EFFECT: reduced consumption of gaseous fuel; improved environmental friendliness. 2 cl, 1 dwg
