FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: device for autonomous power supply to consumers consists of wind energy assembly and internal combustion engine, equipped with a start up relay and internal combustion power regulator. Through a rectifier and autonomous inverter the wind assembly is connected to bus bars of an electrical power consumer. The internal combustion engine is connected to a synchronous machine which in its turn is tied to bas bars of a consumer. A stabilizer is connected behind the wind energy assembly. An accumulator battery installed between the rectifier and the autonomous inverter is equipped with a charge controller hooked to the internal combustion engine start up relay and to control unit. A heating element installed in a tank-accumulator is connected to the wind energy assembly. The device is equipped with a heat load power regulator and with control systems for autonomous inverter and stabilizer.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of organic fuel by means of maximum usage of wind energy and upgrading technological capacities of the assembly, electric energy quality and reliability of power supply.
