FIELD: units for control of transport facility parameters, mainly in automobile driving. SUBSTANCE: device includes angular displacement sensor fitted on self-centering grip for mounting it coaxially relative to steering wheel; sensor is connected to input of electronic unit whose output is connected with indicator. Proposed device is also provided with sensor recording the beginning of turn of controllable wheel of transport facility; it is made in form of two supports connected by means of cross-beam on one side; one end of cross-beam is provided with projection for engagement with outer lateral surface of controllable wheel disk. Other end of cross-beam is provided with pin which is spring-loaded relative to this cross-beam for engagement with above-mentioned surface. Pin is connected with one end of measuring strip by means of electromagnetic retainer; other end of measuring strip is engageable with recording unit whose output is connected to respective input of electronic unit.
