GASES MATERIAL PROPORTIONER Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: metering out of gaseous materials separated from gaseous atmosphere. SUBSTANCE: proportioner has variable capacity working chamber with inlet and outlet valves, valve control system, and channel to let out processed medium from chamber space found in lower part of chamber. Device has also intermediate chamber with contaminated medium connected by channel to direct contaminated medium into working chamber through inlet valve. Working chamber is connected with intermediate chamber with clean medium and gas analyzer through outlet valve, clean medium supply and desorbed gas outlet channel and two-position valve. Working chamber has intermediate accumulator which has active surface with layer of adsorbing material and hole with check valve. Intermediate accumulator can be made in form of piston with active surface on piston end, or in form of bellows with active surface on inner walls of bellows. Proportioner can be furnished with main accumulator connected with clean medium supply and desorbed gas outlet channel. EFFECT: improved accuracy of metering out of gas separated from contaminated atmosphere owing to introduction of special adsorbing surface and hole with check valve. 4 cl, 3 dwg
