FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has arc-shaped support members with cantilevers, bone rods and threaded bars connecting the arc-shaped support members. One of each arc-shaped support member ends bent outwards from their plane building L-shaped structure and having an opening. Cantilevers for receiving bone rods are mounted in grooves of arc-shaped support member matching its curvature. The threaded bars have flats engageable with walls of arc-shaped support member grooves. The flats belong to a plane being in perpendicular relation to central plate-shaped ends of the threaded bars having circular and oval openings for receiving connecting threaded bars having spherical washers and nuts. The threaded bars have pulling ears placed near the surfaces of the arc-shaped support members mounted in the openings of the L-shaped bent arc-shaped support member ends.
