METHOD TO TREAT SOFT TISSUE SARCOMAS Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: the method is suggested to treat malignant soft tissue tumors in case of unfavorable disease flow. The method deals with injecting antitumor preparations. The sampling is conducted per 100-150 ml patient's blood taken from peripheral vein into 3 vials with 50 ml glugicyr. Each vial is supplemented with one of the chemipreparations - doxorubicine 60-90 mg, metotrexate 30 mg, cyclophosphan 600- 800 mg. Then the mixture is incubated for 30 min at 36.6-37 C and injected in turn intravenously by drops. Operative interference is conducted 2 wks after injecting the mentioned chemipreparations. EFFECT: higher efficiency to decrease tumor size, achieve tumor mobility and considerably decrease side effects of chemipreparations.
