FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: blood sampling is suggested to be conducted into 2 vials with 50 mg glugicir from peripheral vein per 100-150 ml for each one, one vial is subjected to the impact of alternating magnetic field, parameters + 50 mTesla, 100 Hz, 20 min, then it should be reinfused intravenously by drops; another vial is supplemented with antitumor chemopreparations + vinblastine 5 mg, metotrexate 25 mg, 5-fluorouracil 500 mg, cyclophosphane 200 mg, doxorubicin 30 mg, incubated for 3040 min, then the mixture obtained is reinfused intravenously by drops. Curative impacts should be repeated on the 3rd, 5th, 8th, 10th and 12th d of treatment to obtain the amount of antitumor preparations to be similar to a course dose. The method enables to decrease toxic side effects of chemotherapy. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
