FIELD: fire-fighting equipment. SUBSTANCE: machine has ground-cutting device mounted on frame installed on self-propelled chassis. Ground- cutting device has fixed part and rotary part with knives. Shaft is located on frame front end and connected through multichannel V-belt transmission to sheave attached to shaft on cone reducing gear in conjunction with opposite end of frame. Machine is equipped with rotational drives for working tools adapted for handling large amounts of ground or sand and throwing them onto surface of burnt forest to provide for faster localizing of fire on burnt forest surface.
