FIELD: fire-fighting equipment. SUBSTANCE: thermally actuated disconnector has two brackets, each equipped with two legs. Tensile force acting upon brackets is symmetrically decomposed similar to parallelogram of forces to disconnect both brackets in case of emergency. Brackets are kept in fixed position by thermally disconnecting member preferably made in the form of glass ampoule. The latter is retained in substantially perpendicular position with respect to direction of extension between two opposite legs of both brackets. Two other legs of each brackets, which do not support or do not retain glass ampoule, are connected with ampoule retaining leg of, accordingly, other bracket. Geometrical closure in direction opposite that of extension is provided by means of hooks. Such connector with geometrical closure is disconnected due to breakage of glass ampoule in case of emergency. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation and increased efficiency. 10 cl, 9 dwg
