FIELD: powder metallurgy, particularly, devices for production of metal powders by spraying of melt steam with gas flow; applicable in production of powders from aluminum, zinc, bronze, etc. SUBSTANCE: device has a metal receiver, working injector with circular cavity for supply of energy carrier and two working nozzles, spraying chamber having cooling fluid channels. Proposed device is provided with an additional injector cylindrical in shape with threaded end at one base and external cone at the other base. The additional injector is coaxially located in the body and diaphragm of working injector for axial motion. The additional injector has a parabolic chamber with radial holes of introduction of energy carrier and narrowing downward critical section and conical spraying chamber. The metal receiver is made in the form of hollow truncated cone and located in parabolic chamber for axial adjustment. It forms circular nozzle together with critical section. The additional injector is hermetically connected with the metal receiver by means of pipeline supplying melt and secured to the body of the working injector. Said device is additionally provided with a classifier. EFFECT: stabilization of parameters and fraction composition of powder. 2 cl, 1 dwg
