FIELD: electrical engineering, automatic protection of power supply systems against short-circuit currents. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consists in protection of transformer against short-circuit in line or load and in resetting of serviceability of transformer with load in case of self-correction of short-circuit. First lead-out of secondary winding of transformer is connected to automatic switch and its second lead-out is linked to load. Break contacts of electromagnetic relay are connected to automatic switch and load. Electromagnetic relay is placed in parallel with resistor and they both are connected to first lead-out of secondary winding of transformer on one side and to load at point of its connection with break contacts of electromagnetic relay on the other side. Automatic switch comes in the form of break contacts which separate when heated by short-circuit current passing through them and return to normally closed state when cooled. EFFECT: improved protection against short-circuit currents and resetting of serviceability of transformer after self-correction of short-circuit. 1 dwg
