FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device includes sensors of conductive state of thyristors which outputs are correspondingly connected to first, second and third inputs of coincidence unit, sensors of signals permitting sending of control pulses to thyristors of anode and cathode groups, two integrators connected to output of coincidence unit, threshold elements, first and second of them being placed across outputs of integrators, third threshold element being placed across input of first key, two diodes, shunting resistors placed across inputs of first and second integrators, light-emitting diode, voltage source. Device is fitted with optrons placed across inputs of sensors of conductive state of thyristors, two diodes connected correspondingly to fourth and fifth inputs of coincidence unit, inverter connected to output of first threshold element, second key connected through resistor and fourth threshold element to output of inverter. Collectors of first and second keys are used as outputs of device. EFFECT: simplified design and raised operational reliability of device. 1 cl, 1 dwg
