FIELD: electrical engineering; assembling direct frequency changers using current-frequency control. SUBSTANCE: control device has series-connected transistors and diodes connected into reversible neutral circuit, delta-interconnected capacitors connected to three-phase supply mains of transistors, transformer whose secondary winding is connected to synchronizing unit and to processor unit power supply, processor unit whose outputs are connected to driver, relay-type current regulator, current setting unit, current sensor, load setting current polarity discrimination unit, load current sensor, and inverter; it also has RC circuits connected in parallel with power transistors and diodes. Frequency control range of device is extended to 100 Hz. EFFECT: enlarged frequency control range, simplified converter control algorithm, enhanced resistance to load temperature fluctuations. 1 dwg
