FIELD: milk industry. SUBSTANCE: reservoir is made in the form of hollow cylinder with conical bottom and has jacket for heat- or coolant carrier, mixer mounted on shaft, which is rotated by drive, drop cover, pivotal pipe and branch pipes. Reservoir is further equipped with surface fat collection and withdrawal device composed of radial immovable plate and radial movable plate, detachable insoluble mineral sediment collector with vertical branch pipe, whose upper section defines discharge level, and sediment stirrer located on lower end of mixer shaft. Reservoir provides for complex deep reprocessing of whey, in particular of proteins and lactose, for producing different products, in particular milk base for beverages, therefrom.
