FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storage of gaseous fuel and supply of internal combustion engines. Proposed method of storage and use of fuel gas for internal combustion engine is provided by physical phenomenon- effect of dissolving of fuel gas. Methane is used as fuel gas. According to proposed method, methane is cooled to below-zero temperature, is mixed with water and is stored in gas hydrate ice with subsequent liberation of methane in vehicle at melting of ice.
