SUBSTANCE: tape has polymer base with adhesive layers applied on inner and outer sides of polymer base; layer applied on outer side is 30 to 50 mm in width; it is applied on left-hand side of tape in way of winding, clockwise; inner side is provided with adhesive layer applied to tape at width of m-(30-50) mm on right-hand side in way of winding, clockwise, where "m" is width of tape.
