FIELD: geophysical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming longitudinal gravitation waves in vacuum as alternating zones of compression and rarefaction of elastic medium. The elastic medium compression and rarefaction zones are created according to harmonic law as sinusoid or cosinusoid variation of longitudinal vacuum field deformation vector in the direction of gravitation wave propagation due to periodic vacuum density redistribution inside of the working medium by acting upon the working medium with a system of heterogeneous electric and crossing-over magnetic fields. Gravitation wave radiation is amplified due to a system of rotating heterogeneous electric and magnetic crossing-over fields acting upon the working medium and/or as a result of working medium rotation. Communication channel is built from identical gravitation wave source and receiver by additionally specifying modulated carrying oscillation frequency in the system of heterogeneous electric and magnetic crossing-over fields acting upon the working medium of the gravitation wave source with following transformation of gravitation wave into an electromagnetic signal selected in the gravitation wave receiver by filtering variable component of the signal at gravitation wave resonance frequency and detecting the modulated signal. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in generating and receiving longitudinal gravitation waves; creating new communication channels; enabled noninvasive metal fatigue control. 4 cl, 28 dwg
