FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating authenticating center source data including electronic digital subscript parameters and its authentication information in advance. Traffic centers source data including identification messages, certificates and traffic center authentication data. Data exchange is maintained that any encoded session key is excluded from being sent via open communication channel of restricted carrying capacity and its formation is provided on the traffic stations in independent way.
