FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: seeding unit has casing, seed roll and horizontal shaft with blades. Seed roll and shaft are mounted inside casing. First spring put onto shaft end is rigidly fixed with its one end in casing and its other end is engageable with disk projection for braking it. Disk is rigidly fixed on shaft with blades and is equipped with slot extending in arced path having central angle of γ = 2π/n-ξ, where n is number of blades fixed on shaft and ξ is constant value. Second spring is put onto drive shaft with its one end, and other end of this spring is rigidly attached to drive shaft. Second spring is inserted into slot with its said one end. Chain transmission sprocket is rigidly attached to other end of shaft. Said springs have different rigidity values, so shaft with blades effects abrupt rotation through angle of 2π/n, where n is number of blades on shaft. Such construction allows subsurface applying of mineral fertilizer to be provided along seeding unit advancement track.
