FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: biocomplex has cold and hot water supplying systems, ventilation system with automatic control units and pond. Ridges arranged on bearing beams above pond are made in the form of ascending terraces defining isolated sections for growing different plants in single thermal space with respective microclimate. Poultry house departments and other facilities are arranged along lateral and internal ridge cavities. Biological humus cultivation units are arranged laterally of pond, at the foot thereof, in slots. Ridge walls are hydraulically isolated from pond and are provided with regulated drainage system for draining liquid into discharge trough outside pond. Ridge walls have light reflectors. Hotbed housing makes foundation of hotbed working part. Ridge walls rest upon pond bearing beams and internal supports. Biocomplex may be used for growing plants, as well as for fish rearing or bird growing. Such construction provides for increased productivity regardless of ecology and season of year.
