FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and food industry and can be applied for utilisation of alcohol manufacturing wastes for field irrigation and obtaining biohumus. Method includes feeding of wastes into accumulators, their processing and accumulation in ponds-accumulators, as wastes, lutter water and distillery wastes are used. Distillery wastes are pressed in order to separate clarified phase (filtrate) from organic mass, whose dense remaining part is used to obtain compost, filtrate being mixed with lutter water. Obtained mixture of liquids is neutralised to pH 7.0-7.5 by means of lime slurry and id supplied to ponds-accumulators for hot, cold and warm water, which is continuously used for field irrigation and obtaining biohumus at various temperature of environment. System for utilisation of alcohol-manufacturing industry wastes includes accumulator for liquid wastes, connected through pump station with transporting pipeline connected with ponds-accumulators, which have distributing pipelines connected with irrigation pipelines for field irrigation. System has additional accumulator for thick mass of wastes, press, additional pump stations of first and second rise, balancing reservoir for mixing of liquid wastes, intermediate balancing reservoir for neutralisation of liquid wastes mixture, site with drainage channels for vermiculture growing and site for compost. Additional accumulator for thick mass of wastes is connected through pump station with press which is connected with balancing reservoir for liquid wastes mixing, connected with output of liquid wastes accumulator, as well as with pump station of first rise, which through pump station of second rise and intermediate balancing reservoir for neutralisation of liquid wastes mixture is connected with ponds-accumulators. Ponds-accumulators have additional irrigation pipelines connected with drainage channels of site for vermiculture growing.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase economical efficiency of method due to obtaining additional production due to irrigation and production of biohumus, as well as improve ecological situation around the region of wastes utilisation.
