GRAVITY MIXER FOR FARINACEOUS PRODUCTS WITH MIXTURE RECIRCULATION FACILITY Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: mixing equipment. SUBSTANCE: gravity mixer has housing divided in vertical plane into receiving and mixing sections equipped with horizontal rows of dividers, dozers, vertical conveyor-bucket chain, mixing regulator, flour and mixture flow unitizing device. Cone is mounted in receiving section and four chutes are positioned under cone. Two dividers and four gravity devices are positioned under chutes. Gravity devices are arranged in pairs at opposite sides of receiving section. Multiple mixing of products provides for required extent of homogeneity of ready mixture. Mixer of such construction is used in flour vitaminization lines and may be used for mixing other powder and fine-grained bulk products.
