SUBSTANCE: dozer has immovable horizontal cylindrical drum arranged between conical funnel of charging hopper and discharge branch pipe and having through chambers arranged circumferentially of drum in equally spaced relation, with number of chambers being even and at least six. Dozer is equipped with upper and lower disk cutters fixed on vertical shaft. Dozer of such construction is used for continuous dosing and dispensing of powdered and fine-grained bulk materials.
