FIELD: building and road-building materials. SUBSTANCE: preheated to 130-150 C bitumen, mineral filler, and fine and coarse aggregates preliminarily treated with aqueous solution of modifying additives are mixed. Method is distinguished by that modifying additive utilized is a soluble organoaminosilane, and treated aggregates are dried before mixing at 15 to 150 C and heated to 130-150 C. In particular, organoaminosilane is selected from N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-triaminopropyltrimethoxysilane, gamma-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilane, and 1-aminohexamethylene- 6-aminomethylenetriethoxysilane. Fine and coarse aggregates are treated with modifying additive solutions separately or jointly. Concentration of modifying additive solution, when treating fine aggregates, ranges between 0.5 and 2.0 wt % and, when treating coarse aggregates, between 0.5 and 1.0 wt %. EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency. 4 cl, 2 tbl
