FIELD: food industry, particularly, production of alcoholic beverage. SUBSTANCE: beverage "Klyukvenny" contains cranberry, sweetener, succinic or fumaric acid or their salts, and aqueous-alcoholic liquid at the following ratio in terms of 100 kg of cranberry: sweetener, 8-40 kg; succinic or fumaric acid or their salts, 0.02-0.7 kg; and aqueous-alcoholic liquid of 55-85% vol. in amount of 200-1000 l. The method involves double pouring of cranberry by aqueous-alcoholic liquid with strength of 55-85% vol. in ratio 1: 2-10 with addition of 0.02-0.7% of succinic or fumaric acid or their salts, and infusing for 7-10 days with infusion separation. Before the first or the second infusion berries are ground, and after it, infusions are mixed and blended with sweetener. Used as a sweetener is sugar, or glucose, of xylitol, or sorbitol. EFFECT: broadened assortment of beverages and methods of their preparation with full extraction of useful substances; reduced time of infusion; prolonged storage life of prepared product. 4 cl
