SUBSTANCE: wine drink has the following ratio of ingredients, vol.% per 1000 dal of prepared product: grape wine material, not less, 10.0; brandy of 40.0-42.0 vol. %, 1.8; infusion of fresh mountain ash fruits or infusion of mountain ash dried fruits, 4.0; sugar syrup, 6.7; citric acid, 1.08; food colorant, 350-370 g; aqueous alcoholic liquid, the balance. Proposed wine drink possesses complete concentrated mountain ash flavor and is enriched with biologically active components which promote higher physiological value with simultaneous increase of stability. EFFECT: improved taste.
