FIELD: oil and gas producing industry, particularly, process fluids for well killing. SUBSTANCE: composition for well killing presents inverted emulsion-suspension system based on mineralized aqueous dispersed phase with density of 1.05-1.39 g/cu.cm and hydrocarbon dispersed phase with additives of an emulsifier. The emulsifier is used in the form of silica modified with vapors of dimethyl-dichlorosilane in which 40-50% of surface silanol groups are replaced with hydrocarbon radicals. The emulsifier is used in amount of 1.0-3.5 wt. % of volume of dispersed phase. Hydrocarbon dispersed phase is used in the form of oil or products of its processing in ratio 1/1-1/3 to dispersed phase, respectively. Composition additionally contains a stabilizer in the form of hydrophobic silica modified with vapors of dimethyl-dichlorosilane with discrete particles sizing 0.005-0.04 mcm in amount of 0.3-1.0 wt. % of volume of dispersed phase. Density of inverted emulsion-suspension system used as fluid for well killing may amount to 1.08-1.30 g/cu. cm. EFFECT: higher thermal and sedimentation stability of inverted emulsion-suspension system. 3 cl, 1 dwg 2 tbl, 16 ex
