FIELD: mechanical engineering; compressors. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designing and finishing of turbomachines, namely, compressor blading. Proposed blade of axial-flow compressor has local thickened portion on feather on trailing edge at feather end. Local thickened portion prevents self-excited oscillation without changing optimum geometry of blade and without shrouding encumbering compressor passage and affecting its efficiency. Volume and mass of local thickened portion is found by calculation or experimentally for tuning away from bending-twisting coherence of oscillations waveforms. EFFECT: elimination of vibration leading to breakage of blades. 2 dwg
