GUIDE-VANE ASSEMBLY OF AXIAL-FLOW COMPRESSOR Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering; compressors. SUBSTANCE: proposed guide -vane assembly has housing with ring T-shaped slot and longitudinal split. Housing fixes webs of cantilever vanes in axial direction. Guide-vane assembly is furnished also with two semirings with shoulders fitted in ring T0shaped slot of housing. Slots are made on inner side of semirings. These slots, together with webs, form dovetail joint, longitudinal axis of each joint being directed along longitudinal axis of housing. Semirings can be locked in housing in circumferential direction by means of radial locks. Invention provides easy replacement of any damage vane of vane rim of guide-vanes assembly independently from all other vanes without disturbing integrity of vane rim and possibility of repeated repairs in air field ships. If guide - vane assembly is used in gas transfer set, repair can be carried out without removal of engine. EFFECT: facilities repair of guide-vane assembly. 2 cl, 4 dwg
