FIELD: farming; steaming and washing milk lines, milk equipment, containers, pasteurization of milk, preparation and steaming fodder, heat treatment of vegetables and fruit, sanitary purposes and other technological processes at stock-rearing farms, milk processing lines and shops. SUBSTANCE: reservoir of steam water heater is made in single heat-insulated housing together with electric steam superheater mounted in form of separate detachable section above surface of water higher than separator. Steam superheater is communicated with steam water heater through holes for passage of steam. Tubular electric heaters are coated with porous layer of metal, for example copper, 0.3 to 0.5 mm thick over entire external active surface. EFFECT: reduced thermal losses into surrounding medium; increased specific thermal loads on heating elements in liquid boiling mode; reduced time required for attaining required mode of steam superheater. 1 dwg
