FIELD: food preparation at public nourishment facilities and agricultural facilities preparing fodder. SUBSTANCE: Food-cooking plant includes body, cooking vessel with jacket filled with liquid heat transfer agent and electric heaters. Electric heaters are mounted in space of jacket; the latter are hydraulically connected with input and output of sun collector to concentrator of solar radiation. Electric heaters come in the form of parallel current-conducting and heat-removing plates placed between self-regulated posistors. Electric heaters are attached to body by means of dielectric fixing members. EFFECT: this approach enables reliability of power supply of food cooking plant to be enhanced. 3 cl, 1 dwg
